The highlight of the evening was the rich and flavourful Exotic Soup Exogaline Corbaze, whose unique blend of
spices and textures set the tone for the
culinary experience ahead. The aromatic Paya Curry, simmered to perfection, added a traditional touch and was relished by all present. The vegetarians enjoyed a kuzhi panniyaram fried in ghee with spicy tomato Thokku bringing the dinner to a delightful close with the much-loved Mukkani Ice Cream, a refreshing dessert inspired by a classic trio of mango, jackfruit, and banana flavours that beautifully celebrated South Indian tastes.
