Overview
This was more than a flag hoisting. It was a celebration of dreams, opportunities, and the boundless potential of young hearts. Founded in 1944, Rotary Nagar is the Club’s oldest community project, supporting over 150 children with education and care. For eight decades, it has stood as a beacon of “Service Above Self”, transforming countless lives. President Nikhil Raj and his wife Laura, along with distinguished Rotarians including Director, Vocational Services, Rtn Dr Sharon Krishna Rao, Rtn Anjali Ponni, and Hon Sec Rtn Prasanna Rajagopalan, President Elect, Rtn Balakrishna S, President Nominee, Ganesh Ananthakrishnan, PP Rtn George Cherian, Rtn Chetan Acharya, PP Rtn Rani Muralidharan, Chairperson of Rotary Nagar, urged students to seize every opportunity. Dr Sharon Krishna Rao delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks. The highlight was the address by Chief Guest Dr D. Gokul, Senior Scientist at ISRO.
